This is one of those things that I heard about, and HEALTHY INTERNET SKEPTICISM kicked in—”They did what?  Oh, surely not.  This must be completely false, blown out of proportion, etc., etc., etc.”
It sounds too dumb to be true.  Komen for the Cure—the ones who made breast cancer “pink”—cut funding to Planned Parenthood (which provides sexual and reproductive healthcare, including breast cancer screenings, to low-income women.)
  They deny the decision was politically motivated.
